This is to respectfully call on Editors/Managers of the nation’s sporting media to send in requests for media accreditation for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifying Match, between the Senior Men National Team of Nigeria (Super Eagles) and the Senior Men National Team of Madagascar, scheduled to take place at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo on Friday, 25^th September 2026.

 

The encounter, a Day 1 game of the qualifying series for next year’s final tournament to be hosted by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, will kick off at 17:00hrs.

 

Please be informed that in consideration of the size of the Media Gallery at the venue, no media organization shall be accorded more than one slot for Press and Photo –Journalist.

 

Media organizations are to send in their request to this email between 18:00hrs on Sunday, 20^th September 2026 and 18:00hrs on Tuesday, 22^nd September 2026. No request will be entertained after 18:00hrs on Tuesday, 22^nd September 2026.

 

The accreditation cards will be issued at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo on Thursday, 24^th September 2026.
