Nigeria’s opponents in Saturday’s 2026 Beach Soccer AFCON final round, first leg qualifying match, the Black Sharks of Ghana will arrive in the country on Thursday.

 

The delegation will be moved immediately to Kaduna, where they will take on the Sand Eagles in the first leg encounter at the Murtala Muhammed Square Beach Pitch on Saturday. The match kicks off at 4pm.

 

CAF has selected Moroccan official Dris Lamghaidar to be the referee for the encounter, with his compatriots Azz-Eddine Essalhi and Nabil Elmaliki as referees 2 and 3 respectively. The reserve assistant referee is Omar Kebbeh from The Gambia, while Khiba Herbert Mohoanyane from Lesotho will be the commissioner.
