The Nigeria Football Federation on Thursday decorated 30 Nigerian referees with FIFA badges. The referees (11 referees, 11 assistant referees, four futsal referees and four beach soccer referees) are thus eligible to handle FIFA matches this year.

The referees, with Member of the NFF Executive Committee, Alhaji Babagana Kalli (who represented the NFF President, 4^th from right, in front row); NFF GS, Dr Mohammed Sanusi (4^th from left); Mr. Abraham Zakowi (representative of the Chairman of NFF Referees Committee, 2^nd from left); NRA President Sani Zubairu (2^nd from right); Dr Ademola Olajire (NFF’s Director of Media and Communications, left); SA to GS, Mohammed Adebayo Ameenu (right) and; representatives of Premium Trust Bank, Official Bank of the NFF and kit providers for Nigerian referees.
