FINDINGS:



1.      The Committee found that, Remo Stars FC failed to provide adequate and effective security, in that after the match Remo Stars FC supporters attacked the away team (Ikorodu City FC) supporters with dangerous weapons which resulted into injury to some away team supporters and damage to their team bus.

2.      The Committee found that the supporters of Remo Stars FC threw objects into the field of play which resulted in the stoppage of the match twice.

3.      The Committee found that the supporters of Remo Stars FC exhibited conducts capable of bringing the game to disrepute.



DECISIONS:



Based on the above findings, the Committee decides as follows:



1.      That the Committee adopts Sanction No.1 in the Summary Jurisdiction (Form 16) and upholds the two Million Naira (N2,000,000) fine against Remo Stars FC for failure to provide adequate and effective security.

2.      That the Committee adopts Sanction No.2 in the Summary Jurisdiction (Form 16) and upholds the One Million Naira (N1,000,000) fine against Remo Stars FC for throwing of objects into the field of play.

3.       That the Committee disagrees with the decision in Sanction Nos. 3 and 4 of the Summary Jurisdiction Notice form 16, therefore set aside, having been taken care of in Sanction Nos. 1 and 2 above.

4.      That the Committee adopts Sanction No.5 in the Summary Jurisdiction (Form 16) and upholds the Two Million Naira (N2,000,000) fine against Remo Stars FC as compensatory cost for the injury caused to the away team supporters as well as damage to the away team bus.

5.      An order that all subsequent home fixtures of Remo Stars FC for the remainder of the 2025/20026 season be played in the Lekan Salami Stadium is hereby reduced to Five (5) match ban to run concurrently from the date of the sanction.

6.      That the Committee adopts Sanction No. 7 in the Summary Jurisdiction (Form 16) and upholds the decision in its entirety.

7.      That the above decisions are without prejudice to the right of appeal.
