Friends, associates and enthusiasts of the Chairman of National Sports Commission (NSC), Alhaji Shehu Dikko on Wednesday organized a novelty match to formally welcome him to office. The match, between Team Dikko and Team Nigeria, ended 3-1 in favour of the former, with former Nigeria internationals Brown Ideye and Garba Lawal among the scorers. It was a carnival of sorts as Dikko himself captained Team Dikko and was involved in some of the excellent moves of the evening.
